The PBB teen Robi Domingo described Shout Out! as a program that will enable him and fellow stars to showcase their talents. “It’s been a long time since may teen variety show sa ABS-CBN. Ang last kong naaalala was Ang TV pa, and ang tagal na nun. Shout Out! will take you to a higher level because nandito na lahat, like singing, dancing, hosting, games. Parang ASAP siya, pero everyday. The audience can expect not just good performances, but the best.”
Shout Out! is the perfect place where young stars can take a break from acting and just be themselves. “Hindi niyo ako makikita as ‘yung mga characters na ginawa ko sa drama. Makikilala niyo ako as Enchong Dee. This is the first time na makikita ninyo ako, and ‘yung ibang artista na rin na bilang kami. Siyempre may mga singing, dancing, at for the first time kami ang main host kaya abangan niyo ang mga pagkabulol namin, ha ha ha!” said Enchong.
Enchong also talked about one portion in the show that will surely make everyone laugh. “Makakasama namin si Bekimon. Magsasalita siya in gay lingo, tapos lahat kami magpapaunahan na mahulaan kung ano ‘yung ibig niyang sabihin. Pati mga viewers pwedeng makihula.”
The Cast of variety show Shout Out! are divided into for groups, one whole episode from Monday to Thursday with each group top-billing, and until everyone gets together for an 'all-star Friday' party to kick off the weekend much anticipated by many youngteen stars.
