SURVIVOR PHILIPPINES CELEBRITY SHOWDOWN WINNER: Akihiro Sato the First Celebrity Sole Survivor

In the end, it was the Brapanese hunk who won the heart of the jury. A teary-eyed Akihiro Sato was chosen to be the First Celebrity Sole Survivor, he took home 3 million pesos.

Fans of the Final 4 of Survivor Philippines Celebrity Showdown gathered in the long-awaited Survivor Philippines Celebrity Showdown Finale that was aired live on GMA 7.

Host Richard Gutierrez called the members of the jury namely, Jon Hall, Michelle Madrigal, Moi Marcampo, Ahron Villena, Aira Bermudez, and Elma Muros. The winner of Survivor Philippines Celebrity Showdown lies in their hands.

Voting for the 7th member of the jury started, here are the scores:

SOLENN - 2 votes
AUBREY – 3 votes
ERVICK – 2 votes
AKI – 3 votes


It was a tie between Aubrey and Akihiro who had 3 votes each. Revotes were casted to decide who between Aki and Aubrey will became the 7th member of the jury. Richard Gutierrez announced that there will be a tiebreaker challenge in the studio if the results are tied again.
